Nearly all users have now had their unspent advertising budgets (from before the February 2025 freeze) restored to their “Advertising Budget” balance, allowing normal operations to resume.
However, there is still no update on the recovery of the remaining blocked cashback funds.

We reached out again for clarification, and here’s the response we received:
“Hello,
A significant portion of accounts with frozen ADV budgets has already been restored, and the remaining accounts will be processed in the coming days. If your account’s frozen balance has not yet been reinstated, it will be available very soon.
We appreciate your patience and kindly ask for your understanding, as the recovery process requires substantial time and effort due to the large user database.
Additionally, please note that the platform is fully operational—meaning all new ad budget purchases and restored balances will be activated within 48 hours as usual, and you can start your bot on Sunday.”
