Official Communication: Emergency Safeguard Fund Activation

Share:

What happened?
For the first time since the platform’s launch, we have had to activate the emergency Safeguard Fund procedure.

This action was necessary because malicious users purchased ad campaigns using stolen credit cards, resulting in the freezing of NT’s Canadian bank accounts.
Unfortunately, this led to a temporary platform shutdown, as we were unable to process new ad campaign purchases.
NT is now fully cooperating with law enforcement to provide all necessary data to identify the fraudsters.

While we await the resolution of bureaucratic procedures to unlock the frozen funds, we have activated emergency measures to restore platform functionality as soon as possible.

What’s next?
The Neura Technologies team is:

  • Opening new bank accounts and ad platform accounts to resume operations.
  • Recalculating all user balances and verifying recoverable funds.
  • Reactivating ad campaigns using remaining available funds.
  • Revenue from the Safeguard Fund on new ad campaigns will offset the blocked amounts.

What should you do?
Simply remember to reactivate your NeuraBot every Sunday as usual. The NT team will relaunch ad campaigns and recover the funds—no further action is required.

How to track recovered funds?
Users with recoverable funds will see progress updates below their cashback card. As always:

  • 55% of cashback will reflect new ad campaign earnings.
  • 45% will cover losses (visible in the Safeguard Fund section).

New users or those unaffected by the issue may continue using the platform without disruptions.

Conclusion
Neura Technologies swift response and transparency in addressing this incident reaffirm our commitment to the project’s integrity.

This event also underscores that Neura Technologies – a compliant platform adhering to international regulations – cannot be exploited for money laundering. We are confident such incidents will not recur.
